Before her marriage commissioner career, Kathleen spent two decades as a Paralegal in Washington, D.C., honing her legal knowledge and attention to detail. Her diverse professional background includes serving on the Executive Committee of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as the Director of Finance for the Orange Downtown Alliance. Furthermore, she holds several professional licenses, including a Real Estate License, and furthermore, she is a Notary Public in Virginia.
